SHIPPING POLICY
The fastest delivery time in the nation is one day, while the latest delivery time is three to four days. International shipments take between 7 and 30 days to arrive at your address. Given that certain international cargo is subject to customs examination, delivery times may be affected.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You will receive your return requests the same day if you phone the contracted cargo or visit the branch with the cargo agreement codes we have supplied before 11:00 AM.
You must mail the invoice to the location listed below using the shipping codes we have agreed upon if you placed a purchase but are not a member.
Customers are responsible for paying the fees associated with shipments sent via carriers other than the contracted cargo. The return window lasts for at least 15 days after the products are delivered.
